Welcome to Code Burner ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Code Burner website, hub, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

All content available through the Service—including web episodes, novel chapters, music, artwork, and merchandise—is owned by or licensed to Code Burner. You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission. Access to certain content may be restricted based on your membership tier.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or otherwise circumvent any access controls or paywalls.
• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise extract content through automated means.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service.

6. Merchandise

Physical and digital merchandise purchases are subject to availability. Digital goods, once delivered or downloaded, are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Physical goods are subject to the return terms presented at checkout and our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability
